NewNoetic stores the resume details you choose to provide, such as your name, headline, education, experience, projects, optional contact links, optimized images, and PDF resumes separately chosen for download. We use these details to build, preview, host, and let you update your website. We store editing-key hashes to control editing access. Image originals are discarded after processing; downloadable PDFs are retained. Resume extraction is handled by your chat host. Cloudflare hosts this service. We also retain a hashed network identifier and a daily creation counter to limit abuse; we do not store the raw IP address in that counter. Website content, editing-key hashes, and retained assets have no automatic expiry and remain until removed or deleted following a verified deletion request. Abuse-counter records have no automatic deletion schedule. Upload tickets expire after five minutes and expired tickets are removed by the hourly cleanup job. Signed preview access expires after one hour. Public files are available only through published snapshots, or signed draft links until expiry. Unpublishing retains your editable content. Use the recovery key to manage your site; this service stores only its hash. Cloudflare processes this data for storage, image optimization, and hosting; published content is available to anyone, and anyone holding an unexpired signed preview link can view that draft. You control which sections and files are included, can change your draft, publish changes, remove assets, or take the site offline. Unpublishing stops origin access but does not delete retained data. Your chat host handles the resume source attachment under its own policies; we do not retain that source document unless you separately upload a PDF for visitors to download.
